• Cover all furniture, items, and floors with clean drop cloths. Walls and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, and sanded.
• Prime where needed and applying two coats of quality paint.
• Return all rooms to their prior state. This includes moving furniture, floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. All debris is removed.
• Post-painting inspection of work. Your satisfaction is our highest

           priority. Inspect our work before the Singletary's crew considers the

           job complete.
